Whether you are looking for therapeutic massage or wellness massage, I use a blend of healing modalities to create a unique session for each client's visit, including: Swedish/Relaxation, Orthopedic/treatment massage, Myofascial massage, Muscle Energy Stretches, Neuromuscular work (Trigger Point and Tender Point), and easy somatic focused movements (wiggling, rocking, vibration, gentle tapping). I also use hydrotherapy in the form of hot towels, electric hot packs, and ice packs to encourage relaxation, ease, and healing. Other possible complimentary add on options for your session may include: aromatherapy with high quality essential oils, cupping with silicon cups, heated stone massage, and vibrational therapy with singing metal bowls. Each session also includes 15 min of time to be used at the beginning and ending of the massage, so we can thoroughly connect, and I can understand your needs and continue to help with self-care suggestions. So for example, a 60 min massage runs 75 min with guaranteed 60 min table time.

With pregnancy there is a growing burden on the body that carries the baby, especially the shoulders, neck, and hips, as well as general stress. These sessions are directed at positioning and treating these areas of strain, as well as being mindful of the physiological changes happening in the pregnant body. ​ Like with non-prenatal massage I employ a combination of connective tissue and deep tissue treatment, blending in wellness techniques as well, to best fit the clients needs. I use side laying for later 2nd trimester and on, as well as body cushions for added support and facedown massage for first trimester and early 2nd. This may change depending on the health intake and client comfort.

Our feet are a hard working part of the body, so offering a little extra love can go a long way! This service adds 10 min of focus feet time to your session, with hot towels or heating pad, CBD oil, and of course easy stretching and massage. The CBD oil is unscented and contains a blend of herbal supports like arnica, calendula, chamomile, chickweed, and nettle. CBD and this herbal blend have shown to have a powerful impact on alleviating pain and decreasing inflammation.
