​Cancelling a Session
Life happens, I understand that. If you are unable to make a scheduled massage, please email me at dandelionhealingmassage@gmail.com under the subject line CANCELLING SESSION.

Cancellation Policy For Dandelion Healing
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in that time. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, the less than 24 hour cancellation fee may be waived.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $40 for their missed appointment.
